1. When did you start CrossFit and why?

I started crossfit 1 year ago because I wanted to get in shape.

2. What time of day you come in?

5pm

3. What is one movement you hate and one you love?

The Assault bike sucks and pullups are fun.

4. Any big goal(s) set for the next year?

Try to beat my scores from the previous year.
5. Tell us one fun fact about you.
 I own a company called KingsRush.com check it out.
6. You were left on a deserted island. What one food and thing (i.e. book, music player, etc…) would you want to be left with?

I would want to be left with a Jaguar F Type R.

7. How has CrossFit helped you in sports? Life?
I feel healthier and able to do more in a day.

8. How have workouts changed for you over the years?

I barely worked out before crossfit but now I do it almost daily.
