Our traditional CrossFit workouts focus on strength, conditioning, and mobility. These workouts combine gymnastics, weightlifting, and metabolic conditioning in varying degrees and durations to create unparalleled results. From the basic air squat all the way to the very technical muscle up and Olympic lifts, we utilize them all and make it workable for anyone at any level of fitness. We build strength, endurance, agility, technical ability, and general awareness of body and mind by training movements that support functional ability and translate to real life. And of course, there are the aesthetic benefits, too.
Our Endurance class is designed to prepare all levels of athletes to improve their cardiovascular endurance. This class provides excellent running, rowing, and biking instruction and incorporates both singular and varied modalities to assist in the development of an increased work capacity over longer time frames. Expect to experience frequent and short intervals with scheduled rest periods, longer duration workouts, and time tests to assist in analyzing your progress. Build lean muscle mass, learn superior efficiency in movement cycle to become a fast, durable, long-lasting athlete.
The Gymnastics Program is a skill based class balancing the gymnastic demands associated with CrossFit coupled with classic gymnastics training exercises. CrossFit Gymnastics will get you technically proficient in body weight movements as you gain spacial awareness and get stronger so that you can master the most challenging of gymnastics exercises. We’ll work everything from the basic push-up to the most technical muscle-up. All skill levels are welcome to attend.
CrossFit Mobility is our restorative flexibility and mobility class geared towards CrossFitters. Flexibility is a key element to a wellness regimen that is often overlooked. Mobility Classes complement your CrossFit or sports specific training. This class is designed to help athletes recover from workouts, prevent injury, and resolve pain through the use of static and dynamic stretches. Mobility and flexibility are heavily emphasized, with a strong focus on core strength for stability and balance to help you move in and out of lifts with greater ease.
Olympic Weightlifting classes aim to improve the classic Olympic lifts, the snatch and the clean and jerk. We have found that the most successful CrossFit athletes have built a strong technical foundation in these 2 lifts. Our programming follows set cycles ranging from the introductory level to more advanced cycles prepping lifters for WODs or competition. With the incorporation of traditional weightlifting coupled with a unique barbell cycling regiment, we’ve developed a system that guarantees results.
Weightlifting at CrossFit Westchester is like no other program in the area. Our Olympic Weightlifting classes are great whether you are looking to improve your technique, proficiency, and strength, or wanting to pursue Olympic Weightlifting as a sport.
Our CrossFit Kids program is designed for our youth athletes ages 5-16 years old, focusing on developing overall athleticism and proper movement mechanics. They are taught to move well now so that they continue to move well (and prevent injuries) as they continue into adulthood. By incorporating running, jumping, pushing, pulling and other activities kids naturally enjoy doing, we create a fun, play-like group environment where kids thrive. This program also encourages a community based on mutual respect and encouragement, building self-confidence and an appreciation for relationships.
Burn is a 50-minute intensive class created by master trainer Chris Guerrero. It’s the ultimate metabolic conditioning class, combining light weight training and bodyweight movements in fast-paced workouts designed to tone muscle, burn fat, and increase muscular endurance! Incorporating rowers, bikes, ski ergs, and running for short and long intervals kicks your metabolism into gear and keeps your Burn going all day long. Burn will streamline your everyday routine into a 50-minute calorie scorching experience. Classes are open to all experience levels and are designed to be adjustable so that everyone gets a challenging workout and leave feeling accomplished.

Nutrition coaching is tailored specifically to meet your needs and maximize results as you work towards your goals. We make what most people find to be the hardest part of fitness simple and flexible.
