1. When did you start CrossFit and why?
September 2017. My workouts were gettin stagnant, and I needed to change them up.
2. What time of day do you normally come in?
Weekdays at 7am
3. What is one movement you hate and one you love?
4. Any big goal(s) set for the next year?
Try to increase all of my core lifts by 50lbs.
5. Tell us one fun fact about you.
I work for Disney, and I can go to Disney world for free whenever I want.
6. You were left on a deserted island. What one food and thing (i.e. book, music player, etc…) would you want to be left with?
7. How has CrossFit helped you in sports? Life?
8. How have workouts changed for you over the years?
I used to do strict bodybuilding workouts, focusing mostly on deadlifts, squats, military presses, and bench press. Since starting Crossfit, I now balance that heavy lifting with cardio & HIIT.
