Hi all –
What an incredible weekend at CFW. Saturday’s turnout for Fight Gone Bad 8 was awesome. Thanks to your generous donations, we raised over $1500.00 for the Jimmy Fund. The Fall BBQ was a great success as well. Thanks to everyone that stopped by. It’s always great to see you guys outside of the gym. We look forward to more parties in the future with everyone. Lastly, shout out to two of the original CFW members (6 years and running) Michael Walden for completing the Philly half marathon over the weekend, and Dr. Jerry Huo for finishing his first ever triathlon with zero training outside of CrossFit. Congrats to both of you!
Battle of the Boxes-
BOTB is this Saturday and I am excited to be sending three teams of CFW members to compete. I hope to see many of you at CFW Pelham cheering each other on, it really is a great event to represent and support our team. All I ask is that you come dressed in CFW gear.
