What is CrossFit Westchester Kids
Crossfit Westchester Kids is a fitness program designed specifically for kids ages 5 – 16 that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Healthy living requires that our kids push, pull, run, throw, climb, lift, and jump, effectively & safely regardless of whether or not they play athletics. This program is designed for universal scalability. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs. The needs of our second graders and our high school athlete differ by degree not kind.
Our goal is to join you in watching your kids grow up healthy and strong, gaining a love for working out and learning the basics nutrition. Getting started is easy, and your first class is on us!
E-mail firstname.lastname@example.org 24 hours before your first class to let us know you’re coming. Please include your contact info including your cell phone number as well as some basic background info about your kids (age, athletic ability, sports, etc). Note: we may give you a call to find out more so we can provide the best possible experience for your child’s first session.
