Day 1:
Every 20 Seconds x 5 minutes (15 sets)
4-5 UB Pull-Ups (scale number of reps as needed)

3 sets:
Landmine Oblique Twist x 30 reps (15/side) rest 2 minutes

3 sets:
Single Arm Barbell Press x 8 reps (controlled tempo) rest 1 minute bt sides

3 sets:
10 Deep Breaths from bottom Squat (3 second inhale, 6 second exhale)
rest as needed bt sets

Day 2:
Every 20 seconds x 5 minutes (15 sets)
1-3 Strict HSPU (if these are super fast add 25-30 DUs as well)

Stiff Legged Dumbbell DL x 10 (controlled reps) rest 1:30
Rear Foot Elevated SS x 8/side rest 1:30 bt sides
